Cyberbullying: It’s everyone’s problem
The 21st Century has seen numerous people complain about
cyberbullying which is something that isn’t thoroughly dissected within the
world. It’s not entirely sorted, since every day, someone is getting dragged
online and there’s even an audience for such inhumane behaviours. As they might
find humour in messages online that are of intimidating or threatening nature.
Posting laughing emojis, memes and even responses under cyberbullies' posts
rather than calling them out isn’t the way to go about helping the victims.
Unfortunately, it makes them feel powerless and even doubts start to creep in
their minds. Which will affect their self-esteem, mental health and influence
their decision-making skills moving forward. The crazy thing is that tomorrow
they can be on the receiving end since cyberbullies pick different victims.
Ideally, a person should pay no mind to negative individuals, as the moment you entertain them the more they get excited and they continue with their cyberbullying traits. It doesn’t cost a thing to be kind and respectful within your approach when you choose to engage with other people’s content. This might be seen as common sense, unfortunately nowadays it’s not and that’s just a pity. If we all do the basics right and not complicate each other’s lives then we wouldn’t even be addressing inhumane behaviours such as cyberbullying. It seems like as people instead of moving forward in terms of respecting each other’s opinions, and ideas, we just have this inner hatred of wanting to inflict pain on each other.

Depression...
The most common types of depression are known as:
*Clinical depression – It involves continuous melancholy moods which end up affecting your daily routine and life. Also, you become detached from certain activities whether it’s at home, work and within yourself.
*Biopolar disorder – It involves a series of mood swings that become arduous in a way that be lofty and even squad.
*Persistent depressive disorder – this is regarded as the everlasting form of depression, as it comprises low mood symptoms throughout the time.
Depression is not something that can be taken likely, even though it might be seen as a common illness within the current generation, but it’s time people get to understand depression without being judgemental. The best thing that you can do for someone with depression is to be on their side and not try too hard to be correct. Listen to what they want, then provide the best suitable solution according to what they’ve told you during their venting session or conversation. It will be easier if we’re all kind to one another, as we need each other to survive and move forward in life. We may miss a few hints about our loved ones or strangers trying to reach out to us, as they want someone to listen to them without being harsh on their unforeseen circumstances. This is a time to do better as individuals when it comes to silent killers such as depression. The moment we acknowledge that we’re all going through something personally or professionally, then we should be able to connect with another on different levels in life to find solutions.
Also, attention span differs per person, hence people are urged to take breaks in between their tough schedules. Our mental health is crucial too, therefore people should try by all means to consume healthy food, exercise and educational content that will benefit their brain too. Try by all means to protect your peace — by not dwelling on things that you can’t control. Focus on certain activities that guide you to joy and be around people that bring out the best in you.
Once you feel that you have issues with controlling your mood swings, then ideally you should consult a medical doctor, and even go to therapy. Do everything possible to cure your depression, even if it takes some time, but don’t give up on your mental health. You can reach out to people that you can trust if you want to talk and offload your challenges. At the end of the day, just know that you’re not alone.

Life is about choices: To vaccinate or not to vaccinate, whatever you choose, don’t judge others!
We’re living in a world that has evolved over the years and we keep on learning and unlearning every day. What has worked in the past, might not work today. It’s just a matter of understanding each situation and dissecting it. At the same time, you have to be reasonable and be willing to do your research. You cannot just take whatever the media, so-called experts or social media is feeding you. Remember that you’re your person, hence you’re entitled to your own opinions and life choices. If you believe in something that you’re willing to put your life on it, then kudos to you. However, it doesn’t mean that another person who doesn’t believe in what you’re willing to die for is wrong. We need to clarify that as human beings, that we’re unique and that needs to be respected. We shouldn’t enforce our belief system on other people, that’s hundred percent wrong.
This brings me to the different conversations that have turned into arguments or conflicts and even worse, hatred! The talks about the vaccine have become a trend, which is understandable since the world is facing the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s difficult to live life to the fullest without worrying about this deadly virus. Millions of people have succumbed to this unforgiving virus, may their souls rest in eternal peace. It’s always an unbearable feeling losing someone you love dearly in life, death isn’t something that anyone can get used to in this world, even though people die every day. This is something we hope can stop from happening, many people love living as they’ve got different dreams that they have to achieve. Even though the COVID-19 statistics are horrible to look at every time, but people have a choice to vaccinate or not take the jab. Hence no one should be forced into something that they don’t want in life.
If you’re vaccinated or not vaccinated, good for you. It doesn’t mean you should go around telling others to follow in your footsteps. Remember that it was your choice to get the jab or jabs in your body. Stop belittling other people that haven’t got vaccinated, it’s just not right and you know it. Everyone has their reasons behind not taking the vaccine, the same way you have your reasons for getting the jab. Sadly, social media have been filled with many vaccine influencers trying to sell a dream to the world. When it comes to the people that are against the vaccine, they shouldn’t question the choices of pro-vaxxers. However, they should respect their decisions of getting the jab and not try to spread conspiracy theories. We’re all human beings trying, by all means, to do what we feel is right for ourselves. At the end of the day, whether you choose to get the vaccine or not, there are always consequences that come with our decisions in life. No one deserves to be categorized in terms of being a pro-vaxxer or anti-vaxxer, it’s just ridiculous, to say the least. It has been clearly stated that even if you vaccinate you can still get COVID-19.
In life, we can always have conversations without disrespecting each other and the vaccine talks are something worth talking about nowadays. You can always get your point across easily, without insulting the intelligence of other people. The aim is to spread love, peace, kindness, and honesty. There’s no need to judge other people’s decisions, after all, we’re all here to learn from each other. If you’ve been vaccinated, please share your experience with others too.

Don’t believe any woman that says her ex-boyfriend has a small d*ck…
A trend of certain women talking about their ex-boyfriend’s genitals online has to be one of the worst things that they can do to the person that they claimed they once loved. Even worse when some so-called men entertain such women on social media. As they laugh and share their inhumane opinions within the comment section. Remember that as a man tables might turn tomorrow and it can be you be being dragged online. The “short d*ck” conversations mostly come out after the break-up, as for yourself why? You’ve probably seen posts like this on social media: “Your d*ck was small, hence I left you.” “I don’t talk with guys with tiny d*ck.” “There’s no d*ck print, you want me to starve.” All of this is done on purpose, just to belittle the man online. It’s just a low blow that ends up trending on social media since many people are attracted to negative things.
